1. Develop and socialize annual incentive schemes for three business units to support performance targets.
2. as PIC for organizing and monitoring competitions (e.g., IOM, Sales Competitions) as motivational tools for the sales team.

10. Manage the end-to-end process of digital lead handling, ensuring timely and effective conversion.
1. Minimum education in Business Management / Statistics / Information System
2. Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales Analysis, and CRM system
3. Well-versed in B2B sales workflows, also proficient in tools including Google Sheets, CRM systems, Sales Apps, and ERP platforms.
4. Have a good communications, analytical thinking & team work
